Blessing Omeiza Ojo

Blessing Omeiza Ojo is a Nigerian writer and art administrator based in Abuja, where he spends most of his time teaching creative writing, crafting poetry, and guiding children to literary and art festivals. His poems have appeared in Frontier Poetry, The Shallow Tales, Split Lip, Cọ́n-scìò, RoughCut Press, The Poetry Column NND, The Deadlands, Eunoia Review, 20.35 Africa, Ice Floe Press, Okiti Literary, Last Girls Club, and elsewhere. He coordinates the Hill-Top Creative Arts Foundation, Abuja. A best of the net nominee, he is the recipient of the 9th Korea-Nigeria Poetry Prize (Ambassador Special Prize) Award, the 2022 & 2023 Maryam Aliyu Award for Best Teacher, the 2024 Eugenia Abu/Sevhage International Prize for Creative Nonfiction, the 2025 Golden Award for Art Administrators, and the 2026 Visual/Experimental Poetry Award. Omeiza has many literary descendants.

Pacella Chukwuma-Eke

Pacella Chukwuma-Eke is the author of "Love in its Bliss and Sins," first runner-up for the Nigerian Prize for Teen Authors (Poetry Category), and "The Apocalypse." She is the winner of the African Human Rights Inter-Versity Essay Competition, Utopia Award (Poetry Category), the Cradle Poetry Contest, the HCAF Creative Writing Award for Excellence, the Efe Paul Azino Prize, D'lit review writing contest, and others. She is currently a consecutive slam champion, a Sundress Best of the Nets nominee, and a two-time Pushcart nominee. She has been shortlisted for the Alpine Fellowship Poetry Prize, Eriata Oribhabor Poetry Prize, Hyginus Ekwazi Prize for Poetry, Kudo Eresia Eke Prize for Performance Poetry, Labari Prize for Poetry, and others. Pacella's works have been published in several literary magazines, including the Eunoia Review, Lolwe, Strange Horizons, Poetry Sangoota, Certain Age Magazine, Roughcut Press, IHRAM Publishes, Poetry Column NND, and elsewhere.

Sa'ada Isa Yahaya

Sa'ada Isa Yahaya (she/her), a Nigerian teen writer and a member of Hill-Top Creative Arts Foundation, Abuja, is a three-time winner of the on-the-spot poetry prize and recipient of the Star Prize Award (Female) at HIASFEST, winner of the Art Place Poetry Slam, and the Lady Ejiro Umukoro Prize for emerging writers. Her works have received nominations for the Creators of Justice Literary Award (Youth Category), Kofi Awoonor Poetry Prize 2025, Rhonda Gail Willford Poetry Prize and National Copyright Commission award. She is also a finalist for the Wakaso poetry prize, Dawn Poetry Project, BKPW contest, Akachi Chukwuemeka Prize for Literature, The Folorunsho Editor's Poetry Prize, BCD UTULU prize for literature and the Idumaese Alao prize for literature. Her works appear or are forthcoming in Blue Marble Review, Còn-Scìò, Poetry NND Column, Molecule, IHRAM Press, Uproar Magazine, Soul Poetry, Prose and Arts Magazine, Three Panels Press, MAAR review, Kalahari review, and elsewhere.

Fortune Eleojo Simeon

Fortune Eleojo Simeon is a sucker for novels and good poetry. She is a one-time winner of the Splendor of Dawn Poetry Competition (2024), a two-time winner of the On-the-Spot Poetry Competition and On-the-Spot Short Story Competition at HIASFEST. She was shortlisted for African Writers Award in 2024 and later won the Benny Wanjohi Prize for Poetry 2025 and was shortlisted for the Akachi Chukwuemeka Prize for Literature. Her works have appeared in various national and international anthologies. They can be found in Roughcut Press, Poetry Column NND, Eunoia magazine, Cón-scìò, Eboquills, IHRAF, WRR, and elsewhere.

Olutan Mary Bukola is a dedicated English Language teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in English and Literary Studies, an NCE in English/Social Studies, and a 120-hour TEFL certificate. Passionate about language education, she is committed to helping learners develop a strong understanding and practical command of English. Beyond the classroom, she enjoys sewing, reading, and writing.
